Monthly Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The prize draw is organised and operated by The Mantis Garden, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of The Mantis Garden, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

 

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is made by completing the designated form or action stated on the website during the relevant calendar month.

  • Only one entry per person per month is permitted.

  • Automated, bulk or third‑party entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize for each month will be clearly stated on the website page promoting the draw.

  • Prizes are non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

5. Opening and Closing Dates

  • Each prize draw opens at 00:00 on the 1st of the month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of the month.

  • Entries received outside these dates will not be counted.

 

6. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.

  • The draw will be conducted using a randomised method to ensure fairness.

  • The Mantis Garden has no control over winner selection and is chosen by the software.

 

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry within 7 days of selection.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

8. Delivery of Prize

  • Prizes will be dispatched to a UK address provided by the winner.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier issues.

 

9. Publicity

  • By entering, the winner agrees that The Mantis Garden may use their first name and town/city for promotional purposes (e.g., “Congratulations to Sarah from Leeds”).

  • No additional personal information will be published without explicit consent.

 

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data submitted during entry will be used solely for administering the prize draw and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize.

 

11. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw is final.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
